Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities / หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

•    Deal Execution Oversight : Provide oversight, direction, guidance, and support for deal execution, ensuring that transactions are efficiently managed and executed to meet client objectives with KKPFG standards
•    Support Senior Leadership : Collaborate with Head of Corporate Finance and Head of Investment Banking and Capital Market Group to implement strategic initiatives, achieve the set revenue targets for the team and contribute significantly to the overall financial performance of the department, and contribute to KKPFG overall success
•    Deal Origination and Business Growth : Identify and pursue new business opportunities/clients by collaborating with Client Coverage, Capital Markets, OS function and other relevant units in KKPFG to originate and structure new deals, and contributing to the deal pipeline
•    Senior Client Relationship Management : Nurture existing client relationships, work with Client Coverage to strengthen senior client relationships, understand their evolving needs, be the first person they go to, identify opportunities for business growth, and ensure exceptional service delivery to enhance client satisfaction and retention
•    To Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and firm’s risk management policies to mitigate potential risks/ complaints
•    Assist in managing and leading the Corporate Finance team, providing guidance, mentorship, implement measures to enhance operational efficiency, and support to team members to foster a collaborative and motivated work culture
•    Lead the performance evaluation process by providing valuable feedback and assessments of team members' contributions

Qualifications / คุณสมบัติ

•    Master’s degree with outstanding academic record in Finance, Accounting
•    Excellent written and spoken Thai and English as well as presentation skills
•    Strong conceptual, communication and analytical skills
•    Team player attitude with enthusiasm and energetic drive
