Senior UX/UI Designer

Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities / หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Gather and evaluate user requirements with Product Owners, Developers, and Data Scientists
• Conduct user and market research, usability testing, and translate insights into design solutions.
• Define and evaluate effective interaction models and user experiences.
• Create wireframes, UI designs, and prototypes based on customer needs.
• Build and maintain design assets using a design system approach.
• Stay current with UX/UI trends and explore new ideas and design inspiration.

Qualifications / คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Design or a related field.
• Proficient in Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools.
• Self-driven and able to work independently and solve problems proactively.
• Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods across product development phases.
• Strong logical and analytical thinking with the ability to understand complex systems.
• Good aesthetic sense with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across stakeholders.
• Knowledge or experience in financial or investment products is a plus.
