Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

Initiating and developing new efficient and effective workflow processes in order to create business impact supporting both product selling and customer services area in accordance with operational risk and compliance controls. Improving services, process and customer experience to meet customers’ needs and satisfaction. Coordinating with other departments to translate business strategy into standard business operation in order to achieve company goals and deliver best customer experience.

Role and Responsibilities / หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• As thought leader for the efficient and scalable solution to serve customer requirement and business processes
• Effective partnering with other stakeholder teams across business units to develop necessary analysis and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with development, managerial, and executive teams, including the delivery of status reports to all appropriate parties
• Develops meaningful and lasting relationships with partners for optimized solution
• Applies subject-matter-expert functional knowledge to produce complex work deliverables in support of departmental initiatives.
• Manages broad and complex projects and/or participates as a subject-matter expert project resource on larger initiatives Recommends changes in methods or procedures to increase efficiency, as necessary Identifies opportunities and facilitates significant improvements to processes and systems

Qualifications / คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related fields
• Minimum of 4-8 years’ experience in business analyst,, business process transformation or project management with proven experience as a team manager or relevant role
• Experience and knowledge in banking (Insurance/Enterprise) will be advantage
• Excellent planning, systematic and conceptual thinking, time management, programmatic problem solving, risk management negotiating, coordinating and initiating skills
• Strong analytical and logical thinking with proven ability to quickly understand complex business and systems and provide a suited solution
• Experience in agile software development and design thinking for requirement development will be advantage
• Effectively interact all levels and also to manage multiple activities, simultaneously, and achieving excellent results
• Reliable, open minded and ability to effectively collaborate with diverse people such as business users, developers, quality assurances, subject matter experts, and architects
