Role and Responsibilities / หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

•    Assisting deal execution process including corporate finance, regulatory and marketing process
•    Coordinating with various parties including but not limited to clients and other external advisors to ensure smooth deal execution
•    Managing due diligence process 
•    Provide analysis on financials and other key transaction issues 
•    Producing presentation materials to convey key messages and preparing / reviewing valuation of a business
•    Assisting senior bankers in servicing and maintaining client relationship

Qualifications / คุณสมบัติ

•    Master’s degree with outstanding academic record in Finance, Accounting
•    Excellent written and spoken Thai and English as well as presentation skills
•    Strong conceptual, communication and analytical skills
•    Team player attitude with enthusiasm and energetic drive
