Job Summary

•    Coordination and completion of projects on time within scope. 
•    Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign and coordinate responsibilities with parties, monitor and summarize progress of project.
•    Prepare presentation or report and present to upper management and relevant parties 
•    Main contact for Operations Dept. which involved new project or when industry or regulatory change
•    Reprocess to enhance efficiency, identify and develop control process including risk taking improve

Role and Responsibilities / หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

•    Communicate to project stakeholder on project progress and risk, collect feedback regarding operational business unit.
•    Acts as a subject matter expert, determining line of businesses related and working closely with Manager to recommend appropriate answers/solutions.
•    Seeks, develops, and facilitates a positive working relationship with business partners through ongoing coordination of operational matters and utilizing effective communication.
•    Understanding the company’s business models and can work under pressure.
•    Coordinated with the Front office, Finance, Risk Management, Legal and Regulator on any operation issues related. 
•    To handle operation process development of the Company’s products/ initiatives, including closely working with IT Department for operation process development and enhancement.
•    To draft applicable operational manuals/procedures/ workflows in response to the involved projects. 
•    Work with team to make sure the project is on track, provide resource and data needed.
•    Handle risk part job ex. error transactions, incident report, BCP coordinator
•    Develop and implement or guidance on operational control to achieve business objectives.
•    Other special assignments as the case may be.

Qualifications / คุณสมบัติ

•    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics or other 
       Business related field.
•    2 - 5 years of experience in the back office and operations area, preferably in 
      Securities is an advantage.
•    Fast learner and good communication.
•    Good command of written and spoken English as well as presentation skills.
•    Pleasant personality with service mind, energetic, enthusiastic and a good team player.
•    Highly competent in administrative tasks.
•    Able to work under pressure and work proactively with can do attitude.
•    Must possess good judgment, logic and ability to multi-task.

Specific knowledge and skill / ความรู้เฉพาะตำแหน่ง

•    Microsoft office, especially excel and visio.
