Product Owner

Job Summary

Business Technology Development is responsible to emerge technology and digitize investment products and services to accelerate wealth management business across mass affluent and high-net-worth segment. We develop a platform to serve holistic products covering investment, banking and financing services. We are looking for the passionate technology leading product owner to join the team. This role is the enabler who integrates technology and investment knowledge to drive strategic digital platform for a sustainable business growth. 

Role and Responsibilities / หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

•    End-to-end ownership of products and services to serve wealth management business through digital platform.
•    Understand and analyze the demand of the market, users, technology, and industry trends to align with product and platform roadmap.
•    Conduct the workplan and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve development within timeline.
•    Create and design user journey and functional specifications clearly to development team.
•    Prioritize and maintain product backlog to balance needs of stakeholders and business users and ensure user experience improvement altogether with the company’s strategy.
•    Prepare test case, manage, and execute user acceptance test related to business users to ensure quality of platform deployment.
•    Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for project delivery.
•    Execute a go-to-market plan and maintain appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch.
•    Collaborate with support team to investigate and solve platform issues.

Qualifications / คุณสมบัติ

•    Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
•    Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Transformation, Product Owner, Business Analyst, Platform Development, or IT Consulting
•    Strong business logic, analytical skills and effective problem solving.
•    Strong interpersonal skill, communication, and negotiation skill
•    Organized and capable of handling, tracking, and troubleshooting multiple projects simultaneously.
•    Good communication in English is preferred
