Job Summary

•    Monitor and analyze operational risk issues
•    Coordinate with business units on RCSA, KRI, Loss data, NPRC, BCP
•    Conduct investigations on operational incidents and prepare documentation for significant risks that require reporting to the ORC and RMC.

Role and Responsibilities / หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

•    Develop and implement operational risk management tools (ORM) for Capital Market Group (CMG):  

  • Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA)  
  • Key Risk Indicators (KRIs)
  • Loss Event Data (LED)

•    Investigate & analyze operational risk incident to identify root cause and propose risk mitigation plan.    
•    Work closely with business units to understand their risk profiles to support and provide advice to relevant business units on process improvement and control via New Product Review Committee (NPRC).
•    Facilitate and provide support and guidance to business units in the development of their operational risk profiles via RCSA & KRIs.
•    Build awareness and provide knowledge on RCSA & KRIs as 1st line of defense.
•    Develop and implement Business Continuity Management (BCM) to comply with guidelines and regulatory. Coordinate and implement Business Continuity Plan (BCP), including analysis to improve BCP.
•    Prepare operational risk reports and present to the Operational Risk Sub-committee and Risk Management Committees.
•    Collaborate with compliance, internal audit, IT risk, and other risk functions.

Qualifications / คุณสมบัติ

•    Bachelor’s degree or above in Risk Management, Account, Finance, Economic, Business administration, Engineering or related field.
•    Having at least 3 years’ experience in operational risk management or operational process related areas.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•    Able to manage multi-tasking / multiple projects to meet deadlines.
•    Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
•    Good Command of English especially in reading & writing.
•    Computer literacy and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
•    Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau is a plus.

Specific knowledge and skill / ความรู้เฉพาะตำแหน่ง

•    Knowledge of operational processes in securities business and investment products is advantageous.
•    Knowledge of operational risk frameworks.
