Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities / หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- 
Handle operational tasks that customers cannot yet complete through the system — e.g., name changes, asset confirmation letters, etc.
 - 
Manage daily and monthly operations for securities, mutual funds, Thai and international stocks, and other investment products, such as stock transfers, reconciliation of fund transfers, and asset verification.
 - 
Collaborate closely with Customer Service and Product Owner teams to resolve customer issues and analyze data to identify long-term system-based solutions.
 - 
Analyze recurring customer and operational issues to propose process improvements that enhance convenience, reduce errors, and create smoother workflows.
 
Qualifications / คุณสมบัติ
- 
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related fields.
 - 
Experience in operations or customer service within the financial or investment industry is an advantage.
 - 
Strong communication skills in both Thai and English.
 - 
Detail-oriented, patient, and excellent at problem-solving.
