Job Summary
We are looking for a strategic and delivery-focused Project Manager to lead and execute critical initiatives within our Banking domain. In this role, you will be much more than a project coordinator; you will act as a driving force who truly understands business goals, strategic vision, and market needs. You will not just track time, scope, and budget—you will own the value delivery. You will leverage modern project management tools, bridge the gap between technology and business stakeholders, and ensure that every delivered project translates into tangible business impact and high efficiency.

Drive Business Value & Alignment: Deeply understand banking business objectives, translating high-level business strategies into actionable, efficient project delivery plans.

End-to-End Delivery Ownership: Own the ultimate success and quality of the project delivery, ensuring outcomes directly match business requirements and customer needs.

Strategic Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted partner to Business Units, Product Owners, and Technical Teams, facilitating collaboration and removing roadblocks proactively.

Advanced Project Governance: Utilize modern project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana, Monday.com) to build transparent, data-driven workflows, dashboards, and reporting for executive leadership.
Qualifications / คุณสมบัติ

Industry Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of project management experience, with a proven track record specifically within the Banking, Fintech, or Financial Services sector.

Business Acumen: Strong understanding of banking ecosystems, core systems, financial regulations, or digital banking products.

Tool Mastery: Advanced proficiency in project management and collaboration suites (e.g., Jira Software, Confluence, MS Project, Trello, or Miro). Ability to adopt AI to help in working.

Delivery Mindset: A strong portfolio demonstrating the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional projects from inception to commercial realization.
