Job Summary
IT Quality Assurance Team Lead is acting as a coach actively in the improvement of the overall quality of solution delivery by IT department. Providing IT teams with best practices regarding Quality Assurance and testing process in Software development. Leading test scenario design, create test cases, perform manual testing and implement automation scripts to increase customer confidence and company's credibility. Striving for quality excellence and working hard to improve work processes, productivity in order for our company to better compete with others.
Role and Responsibilities / หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Participate in department strategic planning (i.e. strategic direction, budget, manpower) which aligned with bank strategy

Provide management with a realistic assessment of the current situation inside teams regarding QA in general

Develop IT QA strategy and plans to improve quality in software delivery

Define standard processes to inspect and report QA issues in software delivery
Qualifications / คุณสมบัติ

Bachelor/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or related fields

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in development and/or testing role with proven experience as a QA manager or relevant role

Strong knowledge of methodologies of QA and standards in software industry, common QA testing tools and best practice

Good knowledge of automation script development in common languages like Python, JAVA, Shell script, Selenium, Robot, etc.
