Job Summary
Responsible for executing End of Day task and monitor the availability of the system.
Role and Responsibilities / หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- Responsible for executing End of Day task (Daily , Monthly , Quarterly , Yearly).
- Monitor the availability of the system.
- Coordinate with the system owner to solve problems in a timely manner so as not to affect the Bank's system.
- Make a summary report according to various tasks.
- Able to perform duties beyond the normal working hours of the bank for both work Outside of normal working hours and on holidays.
Qualifications / คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor's degree in Computer or related fields.
- Experience in support or IT services.
- Service minded.
Specific knowledge and skill / ความรู้เฉพาะตำแหน่ง
- Basic knowledge of information technology.
- Microsoft Office
