Financial Editor

Job Summary

As a financial editor, the candidate will work closely with equity analysts, economists, and the support team in editing and preparing equity and macroeconomics research reports for publication. Additional responsibilities will include some compliance-related functions in which the candidate will be given training on rules and regulations relating to compliance. The candidate should be able to work independently as well as be able to communicate with colleagues as part of a team and be reachable at all times. Flexibility is needed in terms of work hours. The candidate should be able to work under pressure and within a tight deadline.

Role and Responsibilities / หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

•    Edit equity and macroeconomics research reports for grammatical accuracy and informational accuracy in a timely manner both during working hours and off hours.
•    Study compliance issues and apply them accordingly to the situation.
•    Communicate with team members on status of reports and be reachable at all times.

Qualifications / คุณสมบัติ

•    Excellent English writing/editing skills at the native level
•    A relevant Bachelor’s degree 
•    Prior editing experience of at least 2 years, preferably in business/finance
•    Ability to cope with tight deadlines 
•    Energetic, enthusiastic, and a good team player
•    Flexibility about work hours
•    All nationals are welcomed

Knowledge or keen interest in finance and economics is a plus
