Data Engineer

Job Summary

KKP’s Data Exchange team is seeking a Data Engineer to enhance how data moves across the organization. The team is responsible for enabling secure and reliable data exchange— whether moving data into and out of the enterprise data platform or supporting system-tosystem integrations across business domains. You will help ensure that data flows efficiently to where it is needed, supporting both operational processes and analytical use cases. In this role, you will work on integrating data from source systems, improving existing workflows, and applying strong engineering practices such as automation, testing, and monitoring. You will build scalable and resilient pipelines, support outbound data delivery to downstream systems, and contribute to a modern data infrastructure that enables timely and trusted insights across KKP. KKP delivers banking and capital-market services nationwide. Data drives those services, and our platform turns raw numbers into fast, trusted insight. Role and Responsibilities / หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Develop and maintain scalable and resilient ingestion pipelines, integrating data from APIs, file systems, and databases into Azure.

• Implement data quality checks to ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency across ingestion and delivery processes.

• Design and manage workflow orchestration to ensure reliable execution, proactive monitoring, and failure recovery.

• Work with system integration stakeholders to define, document, and maintain data exchange requirements for both inbound and outbound flows.

• Build reusable and scalable data integration processes that support both ingestion and outbound delivery across the enterprise.

• Apply data governance and privacy principles to ensure data is well-managed, secure, and compliant with internal and regulatory requirements.

• Partner with teams across the organization to improve data understanding, promote proper data usage, and strengthen a data-driven culture. 

Qualifications / คุณสมบัติ

• You have hands-on experience delivering end-to-end data solutions and a strong foundation in areas such as large-scale data processing, data infrastructure engineering, or data modeling.

• You are proficient in Python and SQL, and apply solid engineering practices including testing, version control, CI/CD, and writing maintainable code.

• You have strong, practical experience with Databricks and Apache Spark, and are capable of building, optimizing, and operating production-grade data pipelines.

• You have experience working with streaming data or event-driven pipelines using Kafka or similar technologies.

• You are familiar with workflow orchestration using tools like Airflow, Azure Data Factory, or similar platforms for scheduling, monitoring, and managing data pipelines.

• You have experience working with cloud-based data platforms, particularly on Microsoft Azure; exposure to AWS is a plus.

• You collaborate effectively across teams, communicate clearly, and use strong data intuition to design valuable analytical or operational solutions.

• You are curious, resilient, and thoughtful—comfortable learning new technologies, embracing feedback, and improving how things are done.
