Job Summary
Role and Responsibilities / หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- Identify new customer acquisition opportunities, optimize lead generation, and develop cross-sell/upsell strategies through data-driven insights in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
- Analyze campaign performance, conduct ad-hoc analysis, and deliver actionable insights to improve business outcomes.
- Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and test results to evaluate and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Design, develop, and maintain user-friendly dashboards and visualizations aligned with stakeholder requirements.
- Automate and deliver accurate regulatory reports in compliance with industry standards and timelines.
- Design and deploy datamarts with optimal data pipeline integration to consolidate and structure data based on business requirements
- Reconcile data from multiple sources and validate data for improving data quality
- Communicate with business to translate business challenge into actionable analytical solution.
Qualifications / คุณสมบัติ
- 0 to 3 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analyst, preferably within marketing or customer acquisition.
- Proficiency in Python, PySpark, and SQL for large-scale data processing.
- Hands-on experience with data-driven marketing analytics, including A/B testing, campaign performance optimization, dashboard development (Power BI, Tableau, Databricks, or similar tools), data analysis, and datamart deployment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with cross-functional team
