Job Summary

The Credit Review Officer would be responsible for reviewing end-to-end credit processes in accordance with the BOT requirement, providing an independent opinion to the Board, Compliance and Governance Committee and Executive Management on the adequacy and effectiveness of risk management and control processes including compliance with relevant policies and applicable regulations.

Role and Responsibilities / หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

  • Review end – to – end credit processes in accordance with the BOT requirement such as loan origination, loan approval, legal documents, utilization, customer data maintenance, collateral management, debt management, debt closure and write-off, classification and reserve, legal process, credit risk management for assessing the policies, criteria, guidelines, risk assessment, the internal controls and applicable regulations related to credit processes that have been appropriately designed and implemented..
  • Identify areas of risk, control, and compliance gaps in credit processes; develop/ recommend preventive and corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues for providing high value service to business partner and provide credit review reports to management.
  • Prepare and present written reports on results in a clear, concise, grammatically correct, and convincing manner for management. Maintain sufficient work papers to support findings and observations.   
  • Follow up on the credit process issues for ensuring that compliance Issues/concerns are being appropriately evaluated, investigated and resolved.
  • Cooperate with relevant departments to consult for developing credit processes.

Qualifications / คุณสมบัติ

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related fields.
  • Experience and Knowledge in External audit, Internal audit, Risk management and Data analytics in banking business will be an advantage.
  • Excellent planning, systematic and conceptual thinking, time management, programmatic problem solving, risk management negotiating, communicating, coordinating, and initiating skills. 
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking with proven ability to quickly understand complex business and systems and provide a suited solution.
  • Good in English speaking and writing
  • Good in computer skills and standard computer programs
