Corporate Lending

Job Summary

•    Lead team to originate and seek credit approval for new lending products including but not limited to working capital. 
•    Risk participation, term loan, project finance, loan syndication, M&A financing and LBO. 
 

Role and Responsibilities / หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

•    Expand new loan products and maintain existing banking relationship with large corporate clients. 
•    Responsible for structure loan proposal, credit write up and credit approval presentation. Coordinate with relevant departments in deal closing and loan documentation. 
•    Credit monitoring and review to ensure client asset quality. 
•    To cross-selling other Kiatnakin Phatra Group’s financial products. 

Qualifications / คุณสมบัติ

•    High caliber Master or Bachelor’s degree or above graduates in Finance & Accounting, Economics or related fields. 
•    3-5 years of working experience in Corporate or Commercial lending 
•    Excellent written and spoken English as well as presentation skills 
•    Team player attitude with enthusiasm and energetic. 
•    Ability to work collaboratively and cross functionally. 
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
•    Mature and sell-confident. 
•    Sell-motivated with strong work ethic. 

Specific knowledge and skill / ความรู้เฉพาะตำแหน่ง

•    Strong knowledge in lending products, credit analysis skill and loan documentation. 
•    Knowledge of financial modeling and MS Office.
