Job Summary
Supports to design, implement and monitor all risk, compliance, and corporate governance framework to ensure all relevant risk, compliance and legal are met.
Role and Responsibilities / หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- Implement effective and efficient Corporate Governance i.e. Policies, Internal Regulation and Committees administration by coordinating with KKPFG on as one of KKPFG subsidiaries and ensure good governance of the company

Monitoring risk and compliance with requirements in framework

Manage incident filing and complaints including deal with internal and external auditors

Control and organize process/manual/procedure documents of every department in the organization

Coordinating with all outsourced services to KKP i.e. risk, compliance, legal including service agreement
Qualifications / คุณสมบัติ

Bachelors’ degree in business administration, management, or related field

2 years or more experience in risk, compliance, or corporate governance

Being a detail-oriented, organized, critical thinker, strong analytical and communication skills
