Cashier Operations

Job Summary

      Operations Department is one of the support functions to various business units of the company, the Cashier team are handling cash settlement for all businesses e.g. Equity, Debt, Mutual Fund, Treasury, TFEX, SBL, investment banking transactions and other related business.
      The Department aims to be a partner of success with business units and is committed to provide  professional support services on a timely manner with accurate information and in compliance with applicable law and regulations.

Role and Responsibilities / หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsible for daily cash receive and payment function of all businesses. 
• Responsible for process ATS transactions to bank & reconciling inward/outward ATS data. 
• Responsible for Treasury inventory settlement (deposit, borrow, withdrawal, repayment).
• Responsible for Treasury account bank transfer by check, transfer, Bahtnet.   
• Responsible for providing daily placement & maturity bank balance report to Management.Responsible for handling new business product process, new project relating to Cash Settlement and Treasury Operation.
• Coordinate with each bank to solve day to day transactions

Qualifications / คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s degree or master degree in Accounting or other business field e.g.   economics, Business Administration or Finance.
• 1 - 3 years of working experience in the securities company or any financial related area.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Pleasant personality with service – minded, energetic, enthusiastic and a good team player.
• Ability to perform routine function accurately and pay attention to details.
• High self-motivation to achieve responsible duty.
• Must be able to perform well under pressure.
• Knowledge of PC and Microsoft application (Word, Excel,Outlook)
• Experience in Cash Settlement field or Treasury field would be advantage.
