Job Summary
The RCC Transformation plays a pivotal role in driving projects, analyzing business needs, and designing effective solutions and processes for the Retail Credit and Collection (RCC) Group, including Credit Approval, Operations, and Collections. This role bridges the gap between business and technical teams, ensuring seamless project delivery from initiation to completion while enhancing business processes to align with organizational goals.
Role and Responsibilities / หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- Lead and manage projects from inception to execution, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and risk management strategies.
- Monitor project progress, track key deliverables, and make necessary adjustments to meet objectives and deadlines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT Delivery Leads, to define and prioritize requirements.
- Analyze business needs and design effective solutions and processes to meet organizational objectives.
- Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity on project goals.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements.
- Propose and implement innovative ideas to optimize business workflows.
- Coordinate key activities, including test preparation, user acceptance testing (UAT), production verification testing (PVT), training, and go-live readiness checks.
- Monitor post-implementation performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
Qualifications / คุณสมบัติ
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, system analysis, application development, business process transformation, or project management.
- Certification or experience in Six Sigma or Lean methodologies is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English (speaking and writing).

- Systematic and conceptual thinking with the ability to propose practical and innovative solutions.
- Familiarity with credit approval, operations, and collections within the banking industry.
- Proven ability to manage risks and negotiate effectively across teams.
