Role and Responsibilities / หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

•    Developing financial analysis and financial model for the valuation of securities such as pricing for offerings or M&A transactions
•    Preparing (or assist team) to prepare marketing / road show material for clients’ meetings with investors
•    Coordinating with various parties to ensure smooth deal execution
•    Conducting researches to perform various analysis in preparation for pitching with clients

Qualifications / คุณสมบัติ

•    Bachelor’s degree with outstanding academic record in Finance, Accounting
•    Excellent written and spoken English as well as presentation skills
•    Strong conceptual, communication and analytical skills
•    Team player attitude with enthusiasm and energetic drive
