Job Summary

Execute and support equity capital market transactions including IPOs, follow-on offerings, private placements, rights issues, and other equity-linked transactions.
Advise corporate clients on capital raising strategies, equity structuring, and optimal capital structure.
Coordinate with internal and external parties including financial advisors, legal counsel, auditors, underwriters, and regulators such as the Securities and Exchange Commission of Thailand and the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
Prepare pitch books, investment memoranda, prospectuses, and regulatory filings.
Develop financial models, perform company valuations (DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions), and conduct financial analysis.
Conduct industry research, market analysis, and monitor capital market trends.
Support due diligence processes and investor roadshows.
Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors and corporate clients.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
1–7 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Capital Markets, or Financial Advisory (depending on seniority level).
Strong understanding of capital markets regulations and listing requirements under the Securities and Exchange Commission of Thailand and the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
Solid financial modeling and valuation skills.
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in Thai and English.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure.
