As a Visual Designer at KKP, you will take charge of visual communication and brand positioning, ensuring consistency across various platforms, including websites, digital apps, and marketing materials. You will create compelling visuals that effectively communicate key messages, evoke emotions, and strengthen the connection between our brand and customers. Role and Responsibilities / หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

  • Create Meaningful Visuals Across Touchpoints: Design illustrations and icons for the application and website, as well as marketing artworks for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google paid ads, and owned channels. These visuals will require a high level of creativity to effectively convey intended messages, going beyond simply arranging compositions.
  • Visual Storytelling: Translate brand strategy and business goals into engaging visual experiences across all digital platforms, ensuring clarity and emotional connection with users.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with UX/UI designers, marketing and business teams, and other stakeholders to develop a cohesive brand identity that aligns with user needs and business goals.
  • Develop and Maintain Brand Consistency: Develop and uphold a comprehensive Brand Style Guide to ensure visual consistency across all design deliverables, from user interfaces to marketing materials.
  • Develop and Maintain Product Branding Identity: Create and maintain a product branding identity guideline and collaborate closely with the corporate marketing communication team to ensure that all work is executed in alignment with the overall brand strategy.
  • Stay Informed: Keep up to date with international design trends, storytelling methods, emerging tools, and competitors' strategies. Study international case studies to continually enhance the team’s design principles, creativity, and overall output.

Qualifications / คุณสมบัติ

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Digital Arts, or related fields.
  • Mid-level to senior-level experience in visual design, brand design, or related disciplines, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative styles and design excellence.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop; experience with After Effects, motion design, or 3D skills is an advantage but not required.
  • Deep understanding of contemporary design trends and the ability to adapt to various platforms and devices, delivering visionary designs across multiple touchpoints.
  • Keen eye for aesthetics, attention to detail, and a passion for creating visually engaging and meaningful designs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design concepts and secure buy-in from stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and also work independently as a self-starter.
  • Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for pushing boundaries and delivering visionary designs.
  • Additional creative skills, such as video editing or photography, are a plus.
  • Knowledge or interest in financial or investment products is advantageous for translating complex concepts into clear and impactful visual communication.
