Job Summary

Dime!, by Kiatnakin Phatra Financial Group (KKP), is a financial platform that simplifies investing and financial services for Thai people. With its intuitive app, Dime! offers high-interest savings accounts in both THB and USD, along with investment options such as stocks, mutual funds, gold, and bonds. This empowers users to confidently manage their finances.
As a UX/UI Designer at Dime!, you will be at the heart of creating seamless, intuitive digital experiences that enhance user satisfaction and loyalty. Your expertise will ensure our platform is both visually compelling and highly functional. Working closely with our team, you’ll play a key role in shaping the product’s direction through a strong, design-driven approach. Join us in redefining accessible financial services in Thailand.

Role and Responsibilities / หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

•    Understand User Needs: Collaborate with product owners, customer experience specialists, and data engineers/scientists to gather and evaluate user requirements, identify pain points, and uncover opportunities.
•    Apply Data-Driven Design: Conduct user research, market research, and usability testing. Utilize data analytics to inform design decisions, measure impact, and ensure value for users and the business.
•    Design Crafting: Create high-quality user flows, wireframes, UI designs, and user interactions that deliver the best user experience, aligned with design principles and the design system.
•    Embrace Collaboration & Ownership: Take ownership of design solutions while working closely with product owners, developers, visual designers, UX writers, and data engineers/scientists. Foster a resilient, collaborative environment to ensure the best outcomes for both users and the business.
•    Drive Iterative Improvement: Iterate on designs based on usability testing and stakeholder feedback to ensure continuous refinement and improvement.
•    Stay Ahead of Trends: Stay abreast of UX/UI trends, monitor competitors, and review international case studies to explore innovative ideas and deliver best-in-class user experiences.
•    Design System Maintenance: Maintain a library of design assets using a design system approach, ensuring consistency across all platforms

Qualifications / คุณสมบัติ

•    Bachelor’s degree or higher in design, human-computer interaction, or related fields.
•    Mid-level to senior-level experience in UX and UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your passion and skills in creating meaningful designs.
•    Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or similar software, with mastery of Figma being a strong advantage.
•    Strong critical and systems thinking skills to make informed design decisions and ensure a well-organized design process.
•    A deep understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods, including when and how to apply them during various product phases.
•    Strong logical and analytical reasoning to understand complex systems, predict potential scenarios, and grasp new concepts. Additionally, the ability to reframe challenges, offering fresh perspectives and innovative solutions.
•    Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey design rationale and concepts, securing stakeholder buy-in.
•    A keen sense of aesthetics and attention to detail, with the ability to translate design best practices into meaningful user experiences.
•    Team spirit and collaboration skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.
•    Knowledge of or experience in financial or investment products is a plus, with an interest in financial services being beneficial for understanding user needs in this context.
