Senior Product Owner (KKPS)

Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities / หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

•    Define vision and create product roadmap for the agile development team and stakeholders, incorporating a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics, user needs, technological trends, and industry best practices.
•    Translate product roadmap features into clear product requirements, including detailed features, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide development efforts effectively.
•    Develop, prioritize, and regularly update the product backlog to align with stakeholder requirements, enhance user satisfaction, and drive business growth.
•    Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation through to launch, ensuring timely delivery and assessing progress in each development cycle.
•    Work closely with the Scrum team as the primary source of product knowledge, providing detailed requirements and explanations to guide the development process.
•    Attend and actively participate in all sprint ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure alignment between the product vision and development efforts.
•    Monitor the post-launch performance of the product, gather user feedback, and use data-driven insights to continuously improve the product and deliver enhanced value to customers.

Qualifications / คุณสมบัติ

•    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field.
•    Proven experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager, or similar role in a fast-paced, fintech environment.
•    Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, with hands-on experience in managing high-impact projects.
•    Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to assess complex situations and facilitate data-driven decisions.
•    Experience with financial and investment platforms, demonstrating a keen understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the fintech sector.
