Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced PMO Manager to join our team. The PMO Manager will be responsible for supporting the project management function and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. The successful candidate will work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure that project management processes are adhered to and that project reporting is accurate and timely.

Role and Responsibilities / หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

•    Develop and implement a project management methodology and best practices to manage project portfolios across the company.
•    Establish and maintain project management standards and processes to ensure consistency and efficiency in project delivery.
•    Provide project management support to project teams, including project planning, risk management, budgeting, and reporting.
•    Develop and manage project dashboards and status reports to keep stakeholders informed of project progress and ensure timely delivery.
•    Manage project prioritization and resource allocation to ensure that projects align with business objectives and are delivered within budget and timeline constraints.
•    Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams to identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
•    Lead the development and maintenance of a project management toolset and templates to support project delivery.
•    Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for project delivery.

Qualifications / คุณสมบัติ

•    Bachelor's degree in business, finance, information technology or a related field.
•    1-3 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on project portfolio management and PMO operations.
•    Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, as well as experience with project management software.
•    Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
•    Strong leadership skills, with the ability to build and lead a high-performing project management team.
•    Demonstrated experience in process improvement and change management.
•    Experience in the securities industry is preferred.
