Operational Excellence Specialist

Job Summary

• Develop an innovative operational process that will set a business on a path of continuous growth.
• Incrementally improve existing processes, products, and services over time.

Role and Responsibilities / หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Design and implement changes to processes in order to improve results and reduce cost.
• Coordinate with a variety of business units to develop, test, and refine business processes and practices.
• Leverage data to drive continuous improvement in such areas as productivity, quality, customer service, and sales.
• Create a roadmap for tools and technology needed to ensure improvement in processes.
• Proactively address problem areas and improve them or their efficiencies.
• Streamline processes to allow for expansion

Qualifications / คุณสมบัติ

• 1-2 years’ experience in operations support, securities company, or asset management company, or project management in a tech organization.
• Ability to clearly define and communicate process flow and business cases for functional implementations.
• Highly organized and comfortable with making logical decisions, prioritizing tasks, and keeping track of moving parts across daily functions.
• Successful management of cross-functional teams to perform process analysis, improvement, and implementation.
