Job Summary
IT Quality Assurance Manager is responsible of quality for all applications and services, including usability, functionality, and performance of the responsible domain.
Role and Responsibilities / หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- Provide QA Team Leader with a realistic assessment of the current situation inside responsible projects regarding Quality Assurance and Risk.
- Participate in the review of product requirements and architecture design, analyze the effectiveness of requirements and design, identify relevant risks and guarantee the testability of products.
- Participate in test effect evaluation and software quality verification, and improve test quality and efficiency through innovation of test related processes, strategies, methods and tools
- Manage small set of teams, both permanent and outsourced staffs, to support system integration testing and performance testing and prioritize multiple, diverse projects simultaneously
- Write, Review and Ensure Test Cases, Test Criteria and/or Automated Test Scripts address business and technical use cases: Including Execute of Test Cases Test Scripts during execution period.
- Work with development teams and release manager to improve the reliability and consistency of production deployment
- Good at teamwork, understanding an adapting to changes, and striving for success based on results and actions.
- Support all IT teams on daily quality matter tasks
Qualifications / คุณสมบัติ
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or related fields
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in development and/or testing role with proven experience as a QA Manager or relevant role
- Strong knowledge of methodologies of QA and standards in software industry, common QA testing tools and best practice
- Experience in banking systems and agile software development practices will be an advantage
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Great communication and coaching skills
- Great attention to detail and hands on
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Good in English speaking and writing
