Job Summary
Responsible for maintain and update monthly Project Status Report, attend project meetings and provide input on status or issues. Create, review and implement new procedures and processes. Discuss analysis with services manager for final approval. Provide backup coverage for other Project Manager's. Manage or participate in other special projects as required. Assist in establishing procedures, new product support and other projects which require team input.
Role and Responsibilities / หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- Using and improve KKP agile processes, frameworks, and methodologies tailored to the organization's needs.
- Facilitates Agile ceremonies, coach's teams on self-organization, and removes impediments.
- Calculate velocity and story point poker to balance in and out of development sprint which must consider holiday, FTE, etc.
- Identify key requirements from relevant stakeholders in order to plan and define project scope
- Manage projects from start to finish, ensure timely project execution and completion, prepare project reports and dashboards to communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Support project team and other teams to achieve both key business requirements (technical and non-technical) and ad-hoc requirements (game changer or key strategy) as well as tracks project metrics and team performance, identifies trends, and provides insights for improvement.
- Identifies project risks, assesses their impact, and develops mitigation strategies
Qualifications / คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or related fields
- At least 5 years of working experience in project management skill for Business or IT Project, and knowledge in applying best practices/standard e.g. PMP, ITIL, CMMI, Six Sigma
- Strong understanding of Project Management methodology.
- Able to understand application business area and application requirements and define test environment requirement for a range of development platforms.
- Good in both written and spoken English.
Specific knowledge and skill / ความรู้เฉพาะตำแหน่ง
- Strong communication skill, able to perform formal communication and reporting and lead meetings with creditability.
- Strong analytical skills and interpersonal skills, good in people management skill and team supervisory
- High energetic, pro-active and persistent.
- Knowledge and understanding of Banking business, especially the aspects related to the system and information technology
