Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities / หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Apply statistical and machine learning methods to analyze large and complex datasets, providing insights and actionable recommendations in customer acquisition, segmentation, and personalized marketing areas.
• Collaborate with engineering and business teams to implement end-to-end process from model development to testing, validation, deployment.
• Plan and conduct A/B testing to verify model performance and assess the effectiveness of the campaign for future enhancement.
• Solve complex issues on both technical and business sides using advanced analytical techniques.

Qualifications / คุณสมบัติ

• 0 to 3 years of professional experience as a Data Scientist/ML Engineer
• Proficiency in Python, PySpark, and SQL for large-scale data processing.
• Good understanding and hand-on experience in ML (e.g. classification/regression, tree-based model, clustering, SVMs, PCA) or NLP development
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with cross-functional team

• Solid understanding of financial industry
• Comprehensive knowledge of advanced statistical methods and machine learning practices
• Exceptional coding skills or a background in software development
