Job Summary

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will drive project-level initiatives to develop advanced analytical solutions, mentor junior team members, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver measurable business impact.

Role and Responsibilities / หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Lead Projects: Drive end-to-end development of machine learning or data solutions for various problems including customer acquisition, cost optimization, and marketing optimization.
• Business Impact: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify gaps, prioritize projects, and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Technical Excellence: Mentor junior/mid-level team members, provide actionable feedback, and solve complex technical challenges, including exploring new methodologies.
• Process Improvement: Optimize workflows, reduce costs, and lead Data Science (DS) initiatives to enhance team performance.
• Stakeholder Management: Effectively run meetings with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and progress

Qualifications / คุณสมบัติ

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, with demonstrated ability to lead projects and mentor team members.
• Demonstrated ability to research and solve technical challenges in new or ambiguous areas.
• Excellent problem-framing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading technical projects, managing risks, and prioritizing resources effectively.
• Proven expertise in advanced statistical methods, machine learning techniques (classification, regression, clustering, NLP, etc.), and model deployment.
• Proficiency in Python, PySpark, and SQL for large-scale data processing.
• Ability to translate complex data solutions into business outcomes.
