Client Onboarding

Job Summary

Client Onboarding Team is responsible for managing the client onboarding process and maintaining accurate and up-to-date client information to support various investment products offered by the company. This role acts as the central hub for client data and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements.
You will collaborate with multiple internal teams such as Sales, Legal, Compliance, Internal Audit, Risk and Support functions to ensure smooth onboarding, accurate data management, and an excellent client experience.

Role and Responsibilities / หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

•    Handle the end-to-end client onboarding process including account opening, credit line setup, and account closure for various products such as Equity, Debt Instruments, Securities Borrowing and Lending (SBL), Mutual Funds, Global Investment Products, and Derivatives trading (both TFEX and OTC).
•    Maintain client profiles including both document management and system data to ensure accuracy
•    Manage KYC, suitability assessments, and client due diligence processes in compliance with regulatory standards.
•    Coordinate with internal departments and affiliated companies to fulfill business requirements.
•    Verify and control client information accuracy in the company’s database.
•    Assist in regulatory reporting, internal audits, and other compliance-related activities.
•    Participate in operational improvement projects as assigned.

Qualifications / คุณสมบัติ

•    Thai national with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related business fields.
•    At least 1-2 years of experience in the securities industry or custodian banking is preferred.
•    Good command of both spoken and written English and Thai.
•    Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to multitask effectively.
•    Excellent interpersonal skills with a service-minded, energetic, and enthusiastic attitude.
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
