Associate - Credit Advisory

Job Summary

Credit Advisory was established under Investment Banking & Capital Markets Group, with a role to provide credit related opinions, recommendations, and solutions within KKP Financial Group, as well as to our clients. Our jobs include, but not limited to;
•    Perform due diligence and provide credit recommendation of debenture issuers for Debt Capital Market and related teams, as well as performing credit screening process for potential issuers. 
•    Provide value-added credit rating related services as part of new client acquisition and existing client’s relationship. Our unique credit advisory service advises our clients on their credit profile from preliminary credit rating assessment, advising on credit rating process and preparation, and advising on potential impact of corporate actions on credit rating, such as M&As, restructuring, and fundraising activities.

Role and Responsibilities / หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

•    Perform credit analysis process to provide credit related recommendation of debenture issuers for Debt Capital Market and related teams, such as preparing financial modeling of corporate clients, providing credit opinions, writing clear & concise credit report, and make a presentation to relevant parties.
•    Work in a team to assist head of credit advisory department and senior analysts on providing credit recommendations and presentation.
•    Willingness to take on challenges and be able to constructively assist the team for incoming credit related requirements. 

Qualifications / คุณสมบัติ

•    Bachelor’s degree or above with outstanding academic record in Finance, Accounting, Economic, or the related fields 
•    Strong analytical skill both in quantitative and qualitative, knowledge of corporate credit
•    Good understanding of the financial statement and accounting necessary for financial modeling and credit analysis
•    Knowledge of credit ratings is a plus 
•    Good command in English, especially in writing skill
•    Self-development skill, fast learning, and attentive to detail  
•    Positive thinking, independent, resilient, and self-motivated 
•    Able to work in a small team and work under pressure with tight deadlines
