Role and Responsibilities / หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Developing financial analysis and financial model for the valuation of securities such as pricing for offerings or M&A transactions
• Conducting researches to perform various analysis in preparation for pitching / meeting with clients
• Preparing meeting material which contains thorough analysis
• Drafting and preparing prospectus and prepare marketing / road show materials
• Communicating with client’s working team to ensure smooth deal execution

Qualifications / คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s degree with outstanding academic record in Finance, Accounting
• Excellent written and spoken English as well as presentation skills
• Strong conceptual, communication and analytical skills
• Team player attitude with enthusiasm and energetic drive
