Job Summary

Drive end-to-end business process improvement and digital transformation across Kiatnakin Phatra Securities (KKPS) and its asset management subsidiary (KKPAM), with cross-entity collaboration with KKP Bank (KKPB). Partner with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and measure scalable business processes aligned with regulatory requirements and strategic goals.

Role and Responsibilities / หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Lead and coordinate process improvement projects across Wealth Management, Operations, Financial Markets, and Asset Management Translate business requirements into end-to-end process designs and system workflows; and implementation with technology teams
• Analyze existing processes across Operations, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Finance to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities
• Define KPIs and success metrics for each initiative; maintain process documentation and drive continuous improvement post-implementation
• Support digital transformation and legacy modernization initiatives; bridge business and technology teams on API-based workflows and process automation

Qualifications / คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields
• 2-5 years in Capital Markets, Securities, or Financial Services; background in business analysis or process improvement preferred
• Strong Thai and English communication skills; able to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills; comfortable working across multiple priorities under pressure
• Strong ownership mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude; able to manage ambiguity, drive initiatives independently, and continuously seek better ways of working

Specific knowledge and skill / ความรู้เฉพาะตำแหน่ง

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite; experience working with back-office systems (settlement, custody, fund administration, or securities operations) and ability to translate operational workflows into structured requirements for technology teams; familiarity with Power BI, Power Automate, Jira, or SQL is a plus; Agile methodology and API integration concepts are an advantage
