Job Summary

Responsible for implementing various projects that support operations, front office, and customer experience. Coordinate and work with cross-functional business units to encompass business challenge. Design, develop, and implement on end-to-end process including conduct due diligence on various aspects such as industry practice, regulatory requirement and operational risk. 

Role and Responsibilities / หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

  • Coordinating and implementing both small and large-scale projects with various business units (such as business development, wealth management, operations , financial markets and asset management) 
  • Working with cross-functional team to develop business requirement including design end-to-end process, develop, test and implement new business workflow and system
  • Developing and maintaining business process documentations for further use as reference for test case preparation, evaluate overall risk and control, training documents, further improvements
  • Conducting analysis and design of existing and new business processes that relates to multiple areas of the organization including Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Technology
  • Identifying and defines success measurements for each process implementations and establish a plan to track, monitor, resolve issues and continuously measure the success of those measurements

Qualifications / คุณสมบัติ

  •  High caliber Master or Bachelor’s degree or above graduates in Business Administration /Finance/ Economics or other related fields
  • 1-3 years of working experience in Capital Market, Banking business, Financial Industry or related fields
  • Fluent in Thai/English communication skill and able to collaborate well with many parties
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Ability to set priorities, good at multi-tasking as well as ability to work under pressure 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with wide range of stakeholders
  • Pleasant personality with creative thinking, service mind, energetic, enthusiastic learner and work proactively with can do attitude

Specific knowledge and skill / ความรู้เฉพาะตำแหน่ง

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
